Terms of use
These terms govern use of runtimegrid-core.digital and enquiries sent to Runtime Grid Core, Ktld, Jalan Haji Taha, Kuching, Sarawak 93400, Malaysia. A signed engagement letter, not this page, governs paid review work.
The site
This website describes independent reviews of fintech applications. It is informational. It does not create a client relationship, does not offer legal, regulatory, or investment advice, and does not process payments. Service descriptions and starting fees may change until they are written into an engagement letter.
Enquiries
Sending the contact form, an email, or a phone message is a request for a conversation. We may decline work that sits outside our method, that we cannot staff on your dates, or that would conflict with an existing engagement. We are not obliged to reply to abusive or automated messages.
Engagements
Review work begins only after both sides accept an engagement letter. That letter names the journeys in scope, the environments we may use, the fee, the deposit if any, and the delivery date for the findings pack. Access you grant must be lawful. You remain responsible for your licences, customer data, and notifications to vendors.
Findings
A findings pack records what we observed in the agreed scope. It is not a certification, a pentest report, a licence recommendation, or a guarantee that an application is free of defects. You decide what to fix and whether to share the pack with counsel, a board, or a supervisor.
Intellectual property
The website copy, layout, and mark belong to Runtime Grid Core. You may quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy the site to present our practice as your own. On a paid engagement, you receive a licence to use the findings pack inside your organisation; we retain the method and templates.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping that impairs access, no injection of hostile content into the form, and no attempt to reach systems that are not this website. Do not send us credentials for production systems in the public form; we will arrange a safer channel if an engagement proceeds.
Liability
To the extent Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for losses that arise from relying on website copy alone, from decisions you take without an engagement, or from delays caused by missing access. Liability under a paid engagement is set in the engagement letter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Sarawak shall hear disputes that cannot be resolved directly, unless the engagement letter names another forum.
