The practice
Runtime Grid Core is a small independent practice. We audit fintech applications — we do not build them for you, and we do not sell software. Work is written in English from Kuching, with travel when a walkthrough is better in person.
Fintech applications fail in ordinary ways: a retry that double-posts, a KYC timeout that looks like a personal rejection, a refund that the ledger cannot explain. Those failures live in the product, not in a strategy deck. We started the practice to write that down for teams who already have engineers and counsel, and who need a second pair of eyes on the build they are about to defend.
We take a limited number of engagements so the same people who walk the app also write the pack. If we cannot meet your dates, we say so on the first call.
Lead reviewer
Aisha runs the engagement from intake to the closing walkthrough. She spent years in operations for a stored-value product before moving into independent reviews, and she still starts with the customer screen, not the architecture diagram.
Payments specialist
Wei Ming follows money through retries, webhooks, and night jobs. He is the person who will ask to see the idempotency key and then ask what the customer saw while that key was in flight.
Onboarding and records
Priya reads KYC funnels, reviewer consoles, and the traces a complaint leaves behind. She keeps the findings readable for compliance and product in the same sitting.
