Privacy notice

Runtime Grid Core is the controller for personal data collected through this website and through enquiry channels. We are based at Ktld, Jalan Haji Taha, Kuching, Sarawak 93400, Malaysia. This notice is written with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 in mind. It is not a substitute for the notices that apply inside a paid engagement.

What we collect

If you only read the site, we see ordinary server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) that the host may keep for security and uptime. If you send the contact form or email us, we collect the name, email, organisation, phone if given, the kind of review you selected, and the message. We do not ask for customer personal data, card numbers, or production passwords through the public form — please do not send them.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data to reply, to judge whether we can take the work, and to draft an engagement letter if both sides wish to proceed. We use logs to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it to profile you for advertising.

Cookies

The cookie banner stores a single preference in localStorage under a brand-prefixed key so we can remember accept or reject. Rejecting optional cookies does not block reading, requesting a review, or using the menu. Details sit on the cookie notice.

Sharing

We share enquiry data with the reviewers who would staff the work. Our website host and email provider process data as processors in order to deliver those services. We share data further only if the law requires it or if you ask us to (for example, copying your counsel on a reply).

Retention

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to eighteen months so we can recall the conversation if you write again, then deleted from active mailboxes unless the law asks us to hold them. Engagement files follow the retention clause in the engagement letter. Server logs follow the host’s rotation, typically weeks rather than years.

Your requests

You may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, for a correction, or for deletion where we have no remaining need or legal duty to keep it. Write to reviews@runtimegrid-core.digital. We may need to confirm it is you before we act.

Transfers

If a processor stores mail or site backups outside Malaysia, we still remain responsible for the enquiry you sent us. We choose processors that will handle the data only on our instructions.
