Launch week is a poor time to discover that refunds stall or that a rejected KYC leaves the customer with no next step. We agree a short list of journeys, run them on the candidate build, and write only what would change a go-live decision or the first patch.
The tone is practical. We will not bury you in style notes. We will flag money, identity, and complaint paths that are not ready, and we will say what ‘ready enough’ would look like for those paths.
